International Client Communication Executive

EchoNet Services, located at Siddique Trade Center, Gulberg III, Lahore, is looking for enthusiastic and articulate individuals to join its international outreach team on a full-time, onsite basis. This role involves engaging with prospective clients primarily in the UK, understanding their business needs, and presenting suitable company solutions. The position offers shift timings of either 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM or 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Freshers are encouraged to apply, provided they have strong English communication skills and a professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and maintain contact with potential business clients via telephone calls.
- Present company products and services clearly and professionally in fluent English.
- Understand client requirements to identify and explore business opportunities.
- Engage in meaningful conversations and address client queries effectively.
- Build and nurture professional relationships with prospective customers.
- Accurately document client interactions and update records in company systems.
- Collaborate with internal teams to follow up on interested prospects.
