International Customer Service Representative

MARS BPO, based in Saddar, Karachi, is looking for motivated individuals to join their team in a full-time, on-site sales role. This position involves engaging with international prospects during the evening shift, from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Successful candidates will receive a competitive basic salary along with commissions and performance bonuses. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with international prospects using clear English.
- Explain product or service features to potential customers to generate interest.
- Follow up on sales leads and maintain ongoing customer engagement.
- Address customer concerns and provide assistance throughout the sales process.
- Work diligently to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer information and sales activities.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English skills are essential for effective communication.
- Good interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities.
- Self-motivated with a strong focus on meeting and exceeding targets.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
