International Customer Support Representative

ibex Pakistan is currently expanding its team and seeking talented International Customer Service Representatives to join its Karachi office. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work in a dynamic environment located at ibex Tower, Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi. Candidates will be expected to work any 9-hour shift within the timeframe of 4:00 PM to 11:00 AM. The position provides a competitive salary range between PKR 95,000 and PKR 115,000 per month.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer service to international clients through clear and effective communication.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
- Maintain professionalism and uphold company standards in all interactions.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Adapt to shift schedules and manage workload effectively during assigned hours.

Required Qualifications
- A/O Levels or Bachelor’s degree holders are eligible to apply.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills are essential for this role.
