International Education Counsellor

Minerva Education Consultancy is seeking a motivated and experienced Education Counsellor to join their team in Karachi. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in education counselling, particularly in study abroad or student counselling. This role involves guiding students through their academic and career planning by providing expert advice on international education opportunities. The position is based at Shahrah-e-Faisal, Karachi, with working hours from Monday to Saturday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The salary offered ranges from PKR 65,000 to PKR 80,000, depending on experience and skills.

Key Responsibilities
- Counsel students on suitable education pathways and study-abroad options.
- Assess students’ academic backgrounds and career aspirations to provide tailored guidance.
- Offer detailed information on universities, programs, admission criteria, and application procedures.
- Support students throughout the entire admission process to ensure smooth enrollment.
- Maintain consistent communication and follow-ups with students to track progress.
- Achieve assigned counselling and admission targets within set timelines.
- Keep accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and documentation.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in Education Counselling, Study Abroad, or Student Counselling roles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students and stakeholders.
- Good understanding of international education systems and admission procedures.
- Proven ability to build relationships and maintain follow-up with prospective students.
- Capacity to work efficiently in a target-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
