Edvice, an international education consultancy focused on helping students pursue higher education abroad, primarily in the UK, USA, Canada, Australia, and Europe, is seeking an International Growth & Social Media Executive. This full-time remote role based in Pakistan offers a competitive salary with performance-based commission. The working hours align with UK time zones, Monday to Friday from 10 am to 6 pm, plus Saturdays from 10 am to 1 pm. The ideal candidate will be a creative and commercially minded professional capable of independently managing social media, developing strategic partnerships, and supporting international education admissions to drive measurable business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Social Media Management & Digital Marketing:
Take full ownership of Edvice’s social media presence by creating and managing a monthly content calendar aligned with university intakes and application deadlines. Design professional graphics, videos, and promotional materials using tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Adobe Creative Suite. Develop original content ideas, including video scripts and persuasive captions, tailored for platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube. Monitor trends and produce informative posts about admissions, scholarships, and study destinations. Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns to generate genuine student enquiries, maintain consistent branding, and track campaign performance to optimize results.
Business Development & Strategic Partnerships:
Research and identify potential partners such as schools, colleges, and education consultants. Build prospect lists, conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels, and prepare personalized partnership proposals. Arrange meetings to present Edvice’s services professionally and support partner onboarding. Maintain ongoing relationships to encourage referrals and track partnership performance, including enquiries and enrolments. This role requires initiative and the ability to maintain momentum independently.
International Education & Admissions Support:
Provide knowledgeable support on international education and admissions processes, primarily for the UK. Handle initial student enquiries, explain eligibility criteria, application timelines, and study pathways. Qualify prospective students and arrange consultations while assisting with routine application administration. Maintain professional communication with students and partners, referring complex cases to specialists as needed. Familiarity with UK admissions, postgraduate study, CAS procedures, and platforms like ApplyBoard or university portals is advantageous.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Proven experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation combined with business development skills.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent design and video-editing software.
- Ability to independently conceptualize, design, edit, and publish professional social media content.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication skills for international audiences.
- Proactive in prospect research, outreach, relationship-building, and follow-up.
- Understanding of international education and university admissions, especially UK systems.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Reliable internet connection and a suitable remote working environment aligned with UK hours.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
Experience in international education consultancy, student recruitment, or lead generation is highly desirable. Candidates with a proven track record of generating leads or conversions through social media, B2B outreach, partnership development, and campaign analytics will stand out. Familiarity with Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM systems, and business development pipelines is a plus. Knowledge of UK admissions and other international study destinations enhances candidacy.
The salary ranges from PKR 35,000 to 45,000 per month, depending on experience, with additional performance-based commission. Career progression and compensation reviews are possible after probation based on performance.
