International Inventory Controller

Core Edge Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and responsible International Inventory Controller to join their team at the Gulberg III office in Lahore. This full-time position operates on a night shift schedule from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM, Monday through Friday. The successful candidate will manage inventory records and stock control activities for the company’s international operations, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of stock movements across multiple locations. This role requires close coordination with overseas warehouses and operations teams to maintain optimal inventory levels and support efficient supply chain management.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records for international operations.
- Track stock receipts, dispatches, transfers, returns, and adjustments.
- Coordinate with overseas warehouses, procurement, and operations teams to monitor inventory movements.
- Reconcile physical stock with system records and investigate discrepancies.
- Monitor stock availability and identify shortages, excess, and slow-moving inventory.
- Coordinate regular stock counts, inventory checks, and periodic audits.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
- Maintain purchase orders, delivery records, stock requisitions, and inventory documentation.
- Track damaged, expired, obsolete, and non-moving stock and report findings.
- Ensure inventory transactions are properly recorded and documented.
- Follow inventory control procedures and maintain accurate records for audit purposes.
- Identify opportunities to improve stock monitoring, inventory reporting, and control processes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Supply Chain Management, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2 to 3 years of relevant experience in inventory control, stock management, or inventory operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with inventory management software, ERP systems, or stock management platforms.
- Strong numerical, analytical, and organizational skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in recordkeeping.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with international teams across different locations.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve inventory discrepancies.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information
- Experience managing international inventory or coordinating with overseas warehouses is preferred.
- The position requires working on-site during night shifts in Lahore.
