International Manager Sales

Textile City Inc., a Mississauga-based home textile company, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for its Lahore office located in Garden Town. This full-time position requires working Monday to Saturday, with Saturdays as a half day, and involves a night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM. The role is in-person and demands a candidate with strong expertise in home textile sales, product development coordination, and managing international clients. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in driving product innovation and ensuring seamless communication between design, development, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate product development activities to ensure timely completion within approved budgets and timelines.
- Develop and implement best practices to enhance product development processes.
- Provide regular project status updates to management and schedule meetings to discuss new product ideas and resolve issues.
- Develop, maintain, and update detailed product specifications.
- Recommend innovative designs for both existing and new product collections.
- Guide product upgrades to align with evolving business and market demands.
- Ensure accurate and consistent information flow between design, development, and sales teams.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support key product development decisions.
- Review product designs and suggest necessary improvements.

Required Qualifications:
- 5 to 10 years of proven experience in sales, preferably within the home textile industry.
- Experience in IT and/or home textile sales is essential.
- 5 to 6 years of experience working in a call center environment as a sales representative or sales closer.
- MBA in Marketing from LUMS, Punjab University, or any other well-reputed and recognized university.
- Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, sales teams, and international clients effectively.
- Willingness to work night shifts.

Preferred Qualifications and Additional Information:
- An IT background is preferred to complement the sales expertise.
- The candidate must be located in Lahore and able to work on-site.
