International Payment Business Development Manager

Paylink Global Payments Limited is seeking an experienced International Payment Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand its payment services across key European markets, including Cyprus, Russia, Ukraine, Georgia, and Malta. This role offers the flexibility of remote or on-site work based in Dubai, UAE, and focuses on merchant acquisition, payment channel development, and forging strategic partnerships with payment service providers (PSPs), acquiring banks, and payment institutions. Ideal candidates will have strong connections within the European payment industry and a proven track record in business development within this sector.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and expand the payment business across targeted European markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and payment partners.
- Identify and develop payment channel resources, including PSPs, acquiring banks, and payout partners.
- Manage merchant onboarding processes and support payment integration efforts.
- Conduct thorough market research to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve set targets for merchant growth and transaction volumes.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Finance, Business, or Sales.
- Between 2 to 5 years of business development experience within the payment industry.
- Hands-on experience with cross-border payments, PSPs, or merchant acquiring.
- Established network and resources within the payment industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Outgoing personality with strong networking abilities.
- Willingness to travel frequently and relocate overseas if necessary.
- Proficiency in English is mandatory.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
