International Recruiter – Canada (General Labour)

Located in Gulberg, Lahore, this full-time, on-site role offers an excellent opportunity for a Canadian Recruiter with 1 to 2 years of experience, preferably in blue-collar and labour recruitment. The position focuses on sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates for various labour and general worker roles across Canada. The work schedule includes night shifts from 7:00 PM to 3:00 AM or 1:00 AM to 9:00 AM, Monday through Saturday, with a competitive salary of up to PKR 100,000.

Key Responsibilities
- Source candidates for a variety of blue-collar roles such as general labour, warehouse, construction, cleaning, manufacturing, and production positions.
- Utilize platforms including Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and internal databases to identify and attract qualified candidates.
- Review resumes and conduct initial screening calls to evaluate candidates’ qualifications and suitability.
- Assess candidates based on experience, skills, availability, location, and job requirements.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to meet ongoing recruitment demands.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, ensuring clear and timely communication.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process to provide updates and maintain engagement.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and regularly update the applicant tracking system (ATS) or recruitment database.
- Manage multiple vacancies simultaneously while consistently meeting recruitment targets and deadlines.
- Communicate professionally with candidates, providing timely and clear updates throughout the hiring process.

Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to Canadian recruitment processes.
- Experience in blue-collar or labour recruitment is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job boards.
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent abilities in candidate sourcing, screening, and follow-up.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies in a fast-paced, high-volume recruitment environment.
- Consistent track record of meeting hiring targets and deadlines.
- Familiarity with ATS or recruitment databases is an advantage.
