International Recruiter

Ezify SMC Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a motivated and results-oriented International Recruiter to join their Human Resources team on a full-time, on-site basis. This role involves managing the entire recruitment process for international clients, primarily in the USA, UK, and Canada. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills, along with the flexibility to work according to international time zones. This position requires excellent communication abilities and a proactive approach to building and maintaining candidate pipelines.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding of candidates.
- Source qualified candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, and recruitment databases.
- Conduct initial screening calls to assess candidates’ qualifications, experience, communication skills, and overall suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and international clients efficiently.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various job openings.
- Maintain professional communication with both international clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide timely follow-ups and updates to candidates during all stages of hiring.
- Prepare and share detailed candidate profiles, CVs, and screening summaries with hiring managers.
- Negotiate salary expectations and discuss job offers with selected candidates.
- Keep accurate records of recruitment activities, interview schedules, and pipeline reports.
- Achieve daily and monthly recruitment targets while ensuring the quality of hires.
- Stay informed about international hiring trends, sourcing strategies, and recruitment best practices.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in recruitment, with a strong preference for international recruitment exposure.
- Experience hiring for markets such as the USA, UK, Canada, or other international regions is advantageous.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and diligent follow-up abilities.
- Willingness and ability to work evening or night shifts aligned with international time zones.
- Competency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and recruitment tracking systems.

Compensation and Work Location
The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs100,000 to Rs120,000. The role requires on-site presence at the company’s location.
