This is a full-time, on-site International Recruiter position based in Gulberg, Lahore, working night shifts from Monday to Saturday. The role focuses primarily on recruiting for Canadian labor markets, particularly for blue-collar and general worker positions. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience, with a strong preference for those familiar with Canadian recruitment processes. The position involves managing multiple vacancies simultaneously and requires excellent organizational skills to handle candidate data and communication effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and attract candidates for various labor and general worker roles across Canada.
- Screen applicants to assess qualifications and suitability for open positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Manage multiple job openings concurrently, ensuring timely progress through the recruitment cycle.
- Communicate effectively with candidates to provide updates and gather necessary documentation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and Canadian recruitment standards throughout the hiring process.
Required Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in an international or labor recruitment setting.
- Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies and maintain detailed candidate records.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate management.
- Ability to work night shifts, Monday through Saturday, in an on-site environment.
- Familiarity with labor and blue-collar recruitment processes is highly preferred.
