International Sales Agent

We are looking for motivated and enthusiastic Cold Calling Agents to join our night shift sales team. This role is open to both freshers and experienced professionals who have basic to fluent English skills and strong communication abilities. Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints efficiently and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions
- Consistently meet individual and team performance targets
- Provide detailed product and service information and support to customers

Required Qualifications:
- Good English communication skills, both spoken and written
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to work night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary range of Rs40,000 to Rs90,000 per month. The role requires in-person attendance at the company’s office located in Karachi.
