Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Meet individual and team performance targets
- Provide detailed product and service information and support
Required Qualifications:
- Good spoken and written English communication skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM to 4:00 AM)
- Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:

This is a full-time position with shift hours from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. The monthly salary ranges from Rs40,000 to Rs90,000, depending on experience and performance. The role requires in-person attendance at the office located on the 2nd Floor, Shafi Court, Club Road, Merewether Road, Civil Lines, Karachi.
