International Sales Agent - Night Shift

Zyltech Digital is seeking a motivated International Sales Agent (Fresher) to join our team on a fixed night shift schedule. This role involves engaging with customers through live chat, providing detailed and accurate information about our products and services, and driving sales to meet individual and team targets. The ideal candidate will be proactive in resolving customer issues with a positive and solution-oriented approach, contributing to a dynamic and supportive sales environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via live chat.
- Provide clear, detailed, and accurate information about Zyltech’s products and services.
- Promote company offerings and successfully close sales.
- Consistently achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Resolve customer issues with a positive, solution-focused approach.
- Work fixed night shifts from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

Required Qualifications:
- Freshers are welcome to apply; no prior experience required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage customers effectively.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using live chat platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team during night hours.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
