International Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and energetic International Sales Executive to join our team in Karachi, Pakistan. Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound international sales calls with professionalism and efficiency.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate products or services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company database.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to overall team goals.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and processes.
- Adhere to company policies and maintain confidentiality of client information.

Required Qualifications
- 10 to 12 months of experience working in any international call center environment.
- Intermediate level of education or equivalent qualification.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work night shifts effectively and maintain high performance during these hours.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software or sales tracking tools.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
