Key Responsibilities:
- Actively identify and pursue new sales opportunities through chats and calls.
- Coordinate with various internal teams to ensure a smooth customer rental experience.
- Negotiate and close deals while effectively managing customer objections and complaints.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet assigned KPIs.
- Collect and relay customer feedback to internal teams to enhance the rental process.
- Set sales goals and develop strategies to meet or exceed them.
- Engage with potential and existing customers via phone and email.
- Address customer inquiries, questions, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Prepare and send accurate quotes and proposals to customers.
- Manage the sales pipeline using designated software tools.
- Participate actively in sales team meetings to share insights and improve performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- 2 to 4 years of sales experience within the car rental industry is highly preferred.
- Competitive salary range between PKR 82,000 to PKR 125,000.
