International Sales Representative

TAG – The Alpha Group is seeking a confident and motivated International Specialist Representative – Sales to join our expanding team. The ideal candidate will engage with international clients to understand their e-commerce needs and promote our range of services. This role requires proactive lead generation, effective communication, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and support business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate with international clients to assess and understand their e-commerce requirements.
- Present and promote the company’s e-commerce services effectively.
- Generate leads through calls, emails, and timely follow-ups.
- Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to overall business development.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure client needs are met and projects are delivered smoothly.

Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in e-commerce sales, business development, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms and services.
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Confident, persuasive, and professional communication style.
- Excellent negotiation, follow-up, and client relationship management skills.

This position is strictly on-site with working hours from 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM. Candidates should be prepared to work during these hours and manage client interactions primarily over calls. Prior experience in client-facing roles, especially handling calls, is highly desirable.

Compensation:
The monthly salary for this role ranges from Rs 65,000 to Rs 80,000.

Work Location:
This is an in-person role requiring attendance at the office during the specified shift.
