International Sales Representative

MARS BPO is looking for motivated and confident individuals to join our international call center team in Saddar, Karachi, as International Sales Representatives. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for those interested in international sales, telesales, and customer communication within the BPO industry. Candidates with strong English communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and a passion for sales will find this position rewarding. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers using fluent English.
- Promote and clearly explain products and services to potential clients.
- Generate sales opportunities and successfully convert prospects into customers.
- Consistently meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Manage customer inquiries, objections, and concerns with professionalism.
- Apply persuasive communication, negotiation, and sales-closing techniques effectively.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience while achieving sales goals.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
- Confidence in engaging and building rapport with international customers.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Positive attitude with a strong target-oriented approach.
- Willingness to work evening/night shifts from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
