International Sales Representative

MARS BPO, based in Saddar, Karachi, is looking for motivated and confident individuals to join its international call center as International Sales Representatives. This full-time, on-site role operates on a night shift schedule from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM. Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Promote and explain products and services to potential clients.
- Generate sales opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively.
- Utilize persuasive communication, negotiation, and sales-closing techniques.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales.
- Deliver a professional customer experience while achieving sales goals.
