International Sales Representative

MARS BPO is looking for motivated, confident, and target-driven individuals fluent in English to join our international call center in Saddar, Karachi as International Sales Representatives. This full-time, on-site role is ideal for those interested in international sales, telesales, customer communication, and the BPO industry. Whether you are an experienced sales professional, call center agent, telesales executive, or a fresher with strong spoken English and a willingness to learn, this position offers the opportunity to engage with international customers, explain products and services, manage objections, follow up with prospects, and close sales. Compensation is commission-based with additional performance bonuses, providing high earning potential for dedicated performers.

Key Responsibilities
- Communicate professionally with international customers in English.
- Promote and explain company products and services to potential clients.
- Generate sales opportunities and convert prospects into customers.
- Consistently achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer inquiries, objections, and concerns effectively and courteously.
- Utilize persuasive communication, negotiation, and sales-closing techniques.
- Follow up with potential customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Deliver a professional customer experience while meeting sales performance goals.

Required Qualifications
- Strong spoken English and excellent verbal communication skills.
- Confidence in engaging with international customers.
- Good persuasion, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Positive attitude with a target-oriented mindset.
- Willingness to work the evening/night shift from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven sales environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
