International Sales Specialist

TechoMatrix is seeking experienced International Sales professionals who excel at engaging with customers across global markets, particularly in the US and UK. The ideal candidate will be skilled in handling objections, negotiating confidently, and closing deals effectively. This role requires a proactive approach to sales, with a focus not just on following leads but on converting them into successful business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
- Engage and build relationships with international customers, primarily in the US and UK markets.
- Handle objections professionally and negotiate terms to close sales deals.
- Manage leads and sales pipelines using CRM tools to ensure timely follow-ups and maximize conversion rates.
- Identify upselling opportunities and work towards achieving revenue targets.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order processing.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and report on performance metrics regularly.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in International Sales, with a strong focus on US and UK markets.
- Excellent command of English, both written and verbal, to communicate effectively with international clients.
- Proven track record of closing deals and strong negotiation skills.
- Hands-on experience with CRM systems and lead management processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
