International Telemarketing Executive

MARS BPO is seeking motivated and confident International Telemarketing Executives to join our dynamic sales team. This full-time role offers an excellent opportunity to advance your sales career within an international call center environment. The position requires strong communication skills, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to engage effectively with customers to achieve sales goals. Working hours are from 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with a competitive salary package of up to PKR 60,000 per month. This role is based on-site, providing a collaborative and professional workplace setting.

Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets consistently.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and potential leads.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally, addressing customer queries confidently.
- Utilize strong persuasion and negotiation skills to close sales effectively.
- Follow up diligently with potential clients to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain a positive attitude and work efficiently in a target-driven environment.
