This role involves supporting the organization’s fundraising and resource mobilization efforts by researching funding opportunities, developing proposals, and managing donor-related documentation. The successful candidate will contribute to the preparation of concept notes, grant applications, and reports while ensuring accurate documentation of program impact and organizational information. This position requires close collaboration with various teams to align funding strategies with organizational priorities and support ongoing grant management activities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify funding and partnership opportunities that align with the organization’s programs and strategic priorities.
- Assist in the development of concept notes, proposals, expressions of interest, and other funding application materials.
- Contribute to the formulation and implementation of fundraising strategies and resource mobilization plans.
- Support the preparation of donor reports, budgets, presentations, and other grant-related documentation as needed.
- Document organizational information, program outcomes, and evidence required for effective grant writing and reporting.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Biosciences, Allied Sciences, Public Health, or a related field.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and professionally.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly for reporting purposes.
- Experience in proposal and report writing tailored to donor requirements.
- Familiarity with donor relationship management and grant compliance processes.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Location preference is Lahore, with in-person work arrangements.
- Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time to support organizational activities and partnership development.
- Monthly salary range: Rs30,000 to Rs40,000.
