Internship QA

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented QA Intern to join our team in Bahria Town Lahore. This paid internship provides an excellent opportunity for individuals interested in software testing to gain practical experience and develop their skills in various quality assurance processes and tools. The role involves close collaboration with developers and QA professionals in a supportive environment, focusing on learning and applying best practices in software quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in performing manual testing of web and mobile applications.
- Execute test cases and accurately document test results.
- Identify, report, and track software defects and issues.
- Verify bug fixes and conduct regression testing to ensure quality.
- Collaborate with developers and the QA team to understand project requirements.
- Participate in requirement reviews and test planning activities.
- Prepare and maintain test documentation, including test cases and bug reports.
- Support the team in maintaining quality standards and testing processes.
- Learn and apply software testing best practices and QA methodologies.

Required Qualifications:
- Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Software Quality Assurance and Testing principles.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively within a team.
- Basic knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) is a plus.
- Familiarity with Jira or similar bug-tracking tools is advantageous.
- Proficient English reading and writing skills.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Preference will be given to male candidates residing in Lahore, especially those living in Bahria Town Lahore or nearby areas.
- This is a paid internship lasting 3 months, offering a monthly stipend between Rs10,000 and Rs15,000.
- The position follows a day shift schedule from 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
