Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
- Proven experience as a software engineer or in a similar technical role.

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to assess candidates’ technical skills objectively and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Comfortable working independently in a remote, freelance capacity.
- Availability to commit to interview tasks as assigned, with flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
- Must reside in one of the countries approved by Karat, as specified on the company website.
