Inventory Coordinator

Join OneAir’s rapidly expanding team as an Inventory Controller based in our Lahore office. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and energetic environment where you will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. The Inventory Controller will manage stock levels, oversee physical inventory counts, and handle shipping and receiving processes to support effective inventory control and management.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain stock integrity by ensuring sufficient stock levels are consistently available according to established standards.
- Accurately and promptly update the warehouse management system for all inventory transactions to reflect real-time stock status.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to guarantee that inventory records are precise and aligned with accounting books.
- Supervise material receipt processes in the warehouse, ensuring all receipts are correctly recorded in the ERP system and accounting records in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Record and reconcile inventory accounting transactions to accurately reflect inventory movements and current status.
- Investigate discrepancies in receiving and dispatch processes, identify root causes, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence and improve inventory accuracy.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar inventory or warehouse control role is preferred; however, fresh graduates with relevant skills are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Odoo, or similar platforms is advantageous.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills are essential.
- Must be highly organized, proactive, and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
