Join OneAir’s rapidly expanding team as an Inventory Controller based in our Lahore office. This full-time, on-site position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and energetic environment, where you will play a crucial role in maintaining inventory accuracy and ensuring smooth warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain stock integrity by ensuring sufficient stock levels are consistently available according to established standards.
- Accurately and promptly update the warehouse management system for all inventory transactions to reflect real-time stock status.
- Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to guarantee that inventory records are precise and aligned with accounting books.
- Supervise the receipt of materials in the warehouse, ensuring all receipts are properly recorded in the ERP system and accounting books in compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
- Record inventory accounting transactions meticulously to reflect inventory movements and status accurately.
- Investigate and identify the root causes of inventory discrepancies during receiving and dispatch processes, and develop corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is required.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar inventory or warehouse control role is preferred; however, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP, Odoo, or other similar platforms is advantageous.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills are essential.
- Must be highly organized, proactive, and capable of working effectively both independently and as part of a team.
