Inventory Executive (Hard Count Specialist)

Robust Support & Solutions is seeking a dedicated Hard Count Specialist – Inventory Audit to join its team at the Karachi office. This full-time position involves working onsite at the Azad Trade Centre, Block 14, Gulshan-e-Iqbal, Karachi. The role requires working night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM, six days a week. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting thorough virtual and physical audits of mobile phone devices and accessories across various store locations, ensuring inventory accuracy by reconciling physical stock with Point-of-Sale (POS) system records.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct precise inventory counts of mobile phones, SIM cards, and accessories at store locations.
- Verify and record device details, including serial numbers, device types, and physical placement.
- Reconcile discrepancies between physical inventory and POS system data.
- Collaborate with security personnel and department heads to access and validate inventory.
- Ensure all devices are tagged and labeled according to company standards.
- Identify and document missing, outdated, or non-functional devices.
- Prepare detailed inventory audit reports and update asset records in the inventory management system.
- Complete timely audits of assigned zones and locations.
- Maintain strict compliance with inventory documentation and reporting standards.
- Investigate and resolve unmatched data and inventory overages.
- Track and report recurring inventory issues or discrepancies.
- Support implementation of inventory control best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide feedback on audit process improvements and participate in process review meetings.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and maintain confidentiality of sensitive asset information.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in inventory management.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel functions, including VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Conditional Formatting, and INDEX-MATCH.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach.
- Excellent communication skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
- Willingness to work onsite during night shifts (9 PM to 6 AM), six days a week.
- Residency in Karachi is required.

This role offers a monthly salary ranging from PKR 80,000 to PKR 90,000. Candidates will be asked to provide their current or last drawn salary along with their salary expectations during the application process.
