We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Executive to manage and maintain accurate inventory records. The ideal candidate will be confident working with numbers, possess strong analytical skills, and ensure precision in all inventory-related tasks. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle stock monitoring, audits, and reporting to support smooth inventory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily stock movements, including both in-store and in-transit inventory.
- Conduct routine inventory audits to verify the accuracy of physical stock against system records.
- Maintain, update, and reconcile inventory records on a regular basis.
- Prepare detailed inventory reports to aid operational and business decision-making.
- Collaborate with internal departments to identify and resolve any stock discrepancies promptly.
Required Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel, including the use of formulas, reporting tools, and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities effectively.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.
