Arsalan Enterprises is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory Executive / Inventory Controller to join our team at the factory located in New Karachi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining accurate inventory records, ensuring smooth stock control operations, and supporting overall warehouse management. This role requires proficiency in ERP software and a solid understanding of inventory handling processes. The position operates Monday through Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM, and requires the candidate to work on-site.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing inventory items.
- Monitor stock levels consistently to ensure proper inventory control.
- Record daily stock movements accurately in the ERP system.
- Verify received materials against invoices, delivery notes, and purchase documents to ensure accuracy.
- Coordinate with the warehouse team and other relevant departments to address stock requirements.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies found.
- Identify shortages, excess stock, damaged items, and other inventory discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure proper storage, organization, and handling of inventory within the factory premises.
- Prepare detailed inventory reports and provide timely stock updates to management.
- Ensure all inventory transactions are correctly recorded and updated in the ERP system.
- Support stock audits and assist in resolving any inventory-related issues.
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of all inventory records.
- Follow company procedures for inventory handling, reporting, and stock control diligently.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum education level of Intermediate or above.
- Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or stock control is preferred.
- Proficient working knowledge of ERP software is essential.
- Basic understanding of inventory management principles and stock reconciliation processes.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.
- Ability to work independently, demonstrating responsibility and organizational skills in managing daily inventory activities.
- Good communication and coordination skills to liaise effectively with different departments.
- Willingness to work six days a week, Monday to Saturday, from 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM.

Compensation and Work Environment

The position offers a monthly salary ranging from Rs35,000 to Rs45,000. This is an in-person role based at the factory location in New Karachi, requiring full-time commitment during the specified working hours.
