Inventory Helper & Lending Coordinator – Boutique Store

We are seeking a responsible and organized Inventory Helper & Lending Coordinator to join our boutique store located in Tariq Road, Karachi. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing inventory, overseeing the movement of products, and coordinating the lending and return of dresses and other items. This position requires maintaining accurate records, ensuring timely returns, and supporting the overall efficiency of stock handling within a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with receiving, counting, checking, and organizing inventory to maintain stock accuracy.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of stock movement and product availability.
- Coordinate the lending and return process of dresses and other products, ensuring all issued items are properly recorded and tracked.
- Follow up on pending returns and update lending records accordingly.
- Inspect returned items for damage, missing accessories, or any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with sales and store teams to communicate product availability and inventory status.
- Keep the inventory area clean, organized, and ensure proper storage of all products.
- Support regular stock counts and inventory audits as scheduled by management.
- Perform additional inventory-related tasks as assigned by supervisors.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in inventory management, stock handling, boutique, clothing store, or retail operations.
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management principles.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate with various teams.
- Responsible, punctual, and capable of maintaining accurate records and following established procedures.
- Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced boutique environment.
- Intermediate level education is required.
- Willingness to work full-time, Monday through Saturday, from 12:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Karachi before starting work.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits

- Experience specifically in lending coordination is preferred but not mandatory.
- This is a full-time, on-site position offering a monthly salary ranging from PKR 30,000 to 35,000.
- Candidates with relevant experience will be prioritized.
