Inventory Manager

We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory Manager to oversee daily stock movements, warehouse inventory, parcel bookings, and dispatch operations. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate inventory records are maintained, orders are packed and dispatched promptly, and effective coordination is maintained with purchasing, packing, and courier teams to support seamless e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Stock In & Stock Out Management: Maintain precise records of all incoming and outgoing stock, ensuring every inventory movement is properly documented and accounted for.
- Inventory Tracking: Continuously monitor stock levels, update inventory records, and perform regular reconciliations between physical stock and system data to maintain accuracy.
- Parcel Booking: Handle daily parcel bookings with courier companies, ensuring all dispatched orders are correctly entered into the courier system for smooth processing.
- Dispatch Management: Oversee timely dispatch of parcels, verifying that booking details, tracking numbers, and order information are accurate and up to date.

Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in inventory management or a related role, preferably within an e-commerce or warehouse environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail to maintain accurate stock records and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with inventory management software and courier booking systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams including purchasing, packing, and logistics.
- Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external courier partners.
