Restbyte Solutions (SMC-PVT) Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Inventory Officer to join our team in Faisalabad. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing inventory records, monitoring stock levels, coordinating stock movements, and ensuring accurate inventory reporting. Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain accurate inventory and stock records.
- Track stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile any discrepancies.
- Maintain minimum and maximum stock levels to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate closely with procurement, warehouse, sales, and finance departments to ensure smooth inventory flow.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and documentation of all inventory items.
- Investigate stock discrepancies and recommend corrective actions as needed.
- Maintain inventory records using Microsoft Excel or inventory management software.

Required Qualifications
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Accounting, or a related field.
- Relevant experience in inventory control, stock management, or warehouse operations is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and familiar with inventory management systems.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines consistently.
