We are seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Inventory Officer to oversee daily inventory operations at our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will manage accurate stock records and maintain control over raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and other inventory items. This role requires close attention to detail and effective coordination with various departments to ensure smooth inventory flow.

Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain precise records of raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, and consumables.
- Record and verify all stock receipts, issues, transfers, and returns using the ERP system.
- Ensure physical stock is properly arranged, labeled, and stored in an organized manner.
- Monitor stock levels, including minimum and maximum thresholds, and identify slow-moving items.
- Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile these with system balances to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and report any stock shortages, excesses, damages, or discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Accounts, and Sales/Dispatch departments to facilitate smooth inventory movement.
- Maintain proper documentation for Goods Received Notes (GRNs), material issues, transfers, and dispatches.
- Keep batch-wise and item-wise inventory records where applicable to support traceability.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports for management review.
- Support inventory control activities during month-end and year-end stock counts.
- Ensure adherence to warehouse and inventory control procedures to maintain operational standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in inventory or warehouse operations, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficient in MS Excel and ERP or accounting software for inventory management.
- Strong numerical aptitude, documentation skills, and ability to perform accurate reconciliations.
- Effective communication and coordination skills to work collaboratively across departments.
- Honest, disciplined, and capable of working in a factory environment.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- The factory is located in Ittehad Town, Karachi. Candidates residing near Nazimabad, Orangi Town, and surrounding areas will be given preference.
