The Investment Advisor role at The Vertical is a full-time, on-site position based in Lahore. This role involves advising clients on investment opportunities within commercial and retail real estate, ensuring their financial goals align with the company’s offerings. The advisor will conduct financial and market analyses, develop tailored investment strategies, prepare presentations and proposals, and recommend appropriate financial and property solutions. The position requires regular client meetings, responding to inquiries, providing ongoing portfolio reviews, and maintaining detailed records of client interactions and transactions. Collaboration with internal teams, including sales and finance, is essential to deliver seamless client service and informed investment advice.

Key Responsibilities
