Investment Advisor

Agency21 International is seeking a motivated Investment Advisor to join our team in Peshawar. The position is based on-site in Peshawar and provides a competitive monthly salary range.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise clients on real estate investment opportunities and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients to drive sales growth.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and investment prospects.
- Prepare and present investment proposals tailored to client needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth transaction processes and client satisfaction.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

Required Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, client advisory, or a related field, preferably within real estate.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to meet sales targets and work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of real estate markets and investment principles is desirable.
- Willingness to work on-site in Peshawar.
