We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Investment Associate to join our expanding team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in conducting financial and investment analysis, evaluating opportunities, developing financial models, performing valuations, and supporting management in making informed investment and portfolio decisions.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct detailed financial and investment analysis to support strategic investment decisions.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models, forecasts, and projections.
- Perform company and investment valuations using appropriate valuation methodologies.
- Analyze portfolio and investment performance, identifying key trends and insights.
- Evaluate potential investment opportunities and prepare well-reasoned investment recommendations.
- Conduct thorough industry, company, and market research to inform investment strategies.
- Prepare management reports, investment summaries, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Monitor financial performance, key performance indicators (KPIs), risks, and investment returns.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to collect, validate, and analyze financial and operational data.

Required Qualifications

- CA Inter or CA Finalist status.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in investment analysis, portfolio analysis, financial analysis, equity research, valuation, or related fields.
- Strong expertise in financial analysis, financial modeling, valuation techniques, and portfolio/investment analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and financial modeling tools.
- Excellent management reporting and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Solid understanding of financial statements and investment fundamentals.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments efficiently and work effectively under pressure.
