The Investment Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. This position focuses on analyzing financial markets and evaluating Shariah-compliant investment opportunities. The specialist will support the development and implementation of investment strategies for both clients and internal funds, ensuring alignment with Islamic finance guidelines and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor portfolio performance and prepare detailed reports to provide data-driven recommendations aimed at optimizing returns within defined risk parameters.
- Conduct daily research on economic and sector trends to identify viable investment opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with asset management and Takaful teams to ensure cohesive investment strategies.
- Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders and contribute actively to investment committee discussions.
- Ensure all investment decisions are documented accurately and comply with Shariah principles and organizational policies.
Required Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret financial data, market trends, and portfolio performance effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of investments and investment management, particularly in overseeing portfolios and assessing Shariah-compliant instruments.
- Solid foundation in finance and investment strategies, enabling the design and support of risk-aware, return-focused investment plans.
