Having successfully partnered with 5 to 10 brands and served more than 50 clients, the agency blends creativity with performance to achieve measurable results. The investment will be primarily used to enhance advertising efforts and support team development, aiming to scale operations and improve service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with the founder to develop and implement growth strategies for the agency.
- Direct investment funds mainly toward advertising campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok.
- Assist in recruiting and training skilled professionals to strengthen the team.
- Choose to participate actively in the business or remain a silent partner, depending on personal preference.
- Engage in formalizing partnership agreements to ensure clear terms and mutual understanding.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience or a strong interest in digital marketing and agency growth.
- Capacity to invest between 5 Lac to 1 Crore PKR.
- Willingness to enter into a formal partnership agreement.
- Commitment to allocate funds specifically for business growth activities, including marketing and team development.
