The Intellect School is dedicated to delivering quality education while fostering students’ academic growth alongside strong moral and Islamic values. The institution emphasizes a Tarbiyah-centered environment where learning, character development, and school operations are deeply rooted in Islamic principles and Shariah-compliant standards. We are seeking an Islamic Lead to enhance this environment by promoting the integration of Islamic values throughout academic, administrative, and co-curricular activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote Islamic values, Tarbiyah, Seerah, and Uswah consistently across the school community.
- Provide expert guidance on Islamic and Shariah-related matters to staff and leadership.
- Support the incorporation of Islamic principles into teaching methodologies, learning processes, and school-wide activities.
- Develop and oversee Tarbiyah programs and initiatives aimed at staff development.
- Mentor and guide teachers to foster Islamic character and values within their classrooms.
- Participate in recruitment processes by evaluating candidates’ alignment with the school’s Islamic ethos.
- Ensure all school events and activities reflect Islamic values and maintain Shariah compliance.
- Offer counselling and guidance to students, parents, and staff as needed.
- Maintain accurate records and reports related to Islamic programs and collaborate closely with school leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university.
- Sanad from a relevant Madrassah, demonstrating formal Islamic scholarship.
- Strong knowledge of Islamic Studies, Shariah, Seerah, and Tarbiyah principles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Demonstrated leadership, mentoring, and organizational abilities.
- High integrity, discretion, and a deep commitment to upholding Islamic values.
This role requires a dedicated professional who can effectively bridge academic excellence with Islamic teachings, ensuring that the school’s Tarbiyah environment remains vibrant and impactful. The position is based onsite at the school’s Korangi campus.
