We are seeking a motivated professional to support clients in the implementation, documentation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of ISO 9001 Quality Management Systems (QMS). The role involves working closely with clients to ensure their QMS aligns with ISO 9001 standards, helping them achieve compliance and enhance overall quality performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct ISO 9001 gap assessments to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and review QMS manuals, procedures, forms, and records to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Assist clients in implementing ISO 9001 requirements effectively across their organizations.
- Prepare process maps and define quality objectives to support system clarity and goal setting.
- Support risk and opportunity assessments to enhance proactive quality management.
- Conduct internal audits to evaluate compliance and system effectiveness.
- Prepare detailed audit reports and corrective action plans to address nonconformities.
- Assist clients in closing nonconformities and ensuring corrective measures are implemented.
- Support Management Review activities to facilitate continuous improvement discussions.
- Provide ISO 9001 awareness sessions and internal auditor training to client teams.
- Maintain clear communication with clients and coordinate project activities to ensure timely delivery.
- Prepare consultancy reports and project documentation to summarize findings and recommendations.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Management Sciences, Business Administration, or an equivalent field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in ISO 9001, Quality Management Systems, QA/QC, or consultancy roles.
- Practical knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 standards and requirements.
- Experience in internal auditing is preferred.
- Understanding of risk-based thinking and the process approach as applied to QMS.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel for documentation and reporting.
- Strong technical writing and communication skills to effectively convey complex information.
- Candidates with prior consultancy experience will be given preference.

Preferred Qualifications and Certifications
- ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification.
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification.
- Additional training related to Quality Management Systems.
