We are looking for a committed IT and Administrative Support professional to join our team full-time. This role is essential for maintaining smooth daily operations by providing comprehensive IT support across systems, networks, software, and office devices. The ideal candidate will have practical experience with network configurations and telephony systems, along with strong organizational skills to efficiently handle both IT and facility-related tasks. This position requires availability for night shifts and is based at our SMCHS, Block A location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support for systems, networks, software applications, and office hardware devices.
- Manage LAN and Wi-Fi setups, including configuration and maintenance of Unifi and MikroTik network equipment.
- Oversee VOIP and dialer system operations to ensure reliable communication channels.
- Administer user accounts, control access permissions, perform regular backups, and apply security updates to protect IT infrastructure.
- Monitor and maintain IP and DNS configurations to ensure network stability and performance.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets and software licenses.
- Coordinate office operations, including vendor management and preparation of coworking spaces for use.
- Track seat occupancy and renewal schedules, and generate basic reports on facility utilization.
Required Qualifications:
- Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT and administrative support, ideally within a BPO or technology-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience with Unifi and MikroTik network devices, as well as dialer systems.
- Strong technical knowledge of IP and MAC addressing, DNS management, LAN and Wi-Fi troubleshooting, and data backup procedures.
- Excellent communication skills combined with strong organizational abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Availability to work night shifts from 9 PM to 6 AM is mandatory.
- This is an in-person role located at SMCHS, Block A.
- The starting monthly compensation is Rs 45,000.
