The IT Administrator will oversee the daily IT operations of the company, ensuring that all infrastructure, systems, devices, and user access run smoothly and securely. This role involves providing technical support, managing hardware and software resources, and maintaining reliable IT services to support business functions. The IT Administrator will also play a key role in enforcing security protocols and assisting with IT projects under the guidance of the CTO or Head of IT.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain laptops, desktops, networks, Wi-Fi, printers, and other IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues promptly.
- Set up IT equipment, user accounts, and system access for new employees to facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, email systems, and business applications such as Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and manage software licenses to ensure compliance.
- Implement and monitor basic IT security measures including antivirus protection, system updates, backups, and access controls.
- Handle employee IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including asset recovery and account deactivation.
- Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers to manage contracts and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, policies, and support records to ensure transparency and continuity.
- Support the CTO or Head of IT with various IT projects and continuous process improvements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT administration or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and general IT troubleshooting.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, user access management, and IT asset management best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with strong communication and organizational skills.
