The IT Administrator will oversee the daily IT operations and infrastructure of the company, ensuring all systems, devices, and networks run smoothly and securely. This role involves managing user access, providing technical support, and maintaining the reliability of IT resources. The IT Administrator will also play a key role in supporting business applications and collaborating with vendors to optimize IT processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain laptops, desktops, networks, Wi-Fi, printers, and other IT equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Provide technical support by troubleshooting hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues promptly.
- Set up IT equipment, user accounts, and system access for new employees to facilitate smooth onboarding.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, email systems, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and other business applications.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets and software licenses to ensure compliance and resource tracking.
- Implement and monitor basic IT security measures, including antivirus protection, system updates, backups, and access controls.
- Manage employee IT onboarding and offboarding processes, including asset recovery and account deactivation.
- Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers to ensure timely support and procurement.
- Maintain comprehensive IT documentation, policies, and support records for transparency and continuity.
- Assist the CTO or Head of IT with IT projects and initiatives aimed at improving processes and infrastructure.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in IT administration or technical support roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and general IT troubleshooting.
- Understanding of cybersecurity principles, user access management, and IT asset management best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities combined with strong communication and organizational skills.
