IT Administrator

We are seeking a skilled IT Administrator to join our team based in DHA Phase 8, Lahore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and securing cloud-based environments, with a strong focus on Microsoft 365 and Atlassian platforms. This role requires hands-on experience in endpoint governance, identity and access management, SaaS administration, and security compliance. The successful candidate will also play a key role in optimizing software licenses and creating technical documentation to support the IT team.

Key Responsibilities

- M365 & Endpoint Governance: Configure, deploy, and maintain endpoint security, device compliance, and application packaging using Microsoft Intune to ensure robust endpoint management.

- Identity & Access Management: Manage the entire user lifecycle, including access control, multi-factor authentication (MFA), and conditional access policies within Microsoft 365 and Entra ID environments.

- SaaS Administration: Administer the Atlassian cloud ecosystem, focusing on user provisioning, custom permission schemes, and workflow configurations within Jira to support business processes.

- Security & Compliance: Continuously monitor and address vulnerabilities identified through the Microsoft 365 Security Score. Manage data loss prevention (DLP) policies and enforce strict adherence to company security standards.

- License & Lifecycle Management: Conduct audits and optimize SaaS software licenses across Microsoft 365, Jira, and other platforms. Manage renewals efficiently to reduce waste and support IT budgeting.

- Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: Develop and maintain technical documentation and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to assist lower-tier support staff and facilitate knowledge sharing.

Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in system administration, with a focus on cloud-only environments.

- Strong expertise in Microsoft 365 administration, including advanced deployment of Intune, Azure AD / Entra ID, and Exchange.

- Proven hands-on experience managing Atlassian systems, especially in configuring and troubleshooting Jira service projects and workflows.

- Relevant Microsoft Cloud Certifications demonstrating proficiency and commitment to ongoing professional development.

- Excellent command of English, both spoken and written, with the ability to clearly communicate technical concepts to technical teams and business stakeholders across global regions.
