IT Executive

KoderLabs is seeking a motivated IT Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will provide first-line IT support across multiple operating systems including Windows, macOS, and Linux. This role involves managing hardware and software troubleshooting, maintaining IT equipment, and ensuring smooth network connectivity within the office environment. The IT Executive will also handle VPS/cloud server management, coordinate with internet service providers, and oversee IT procurement and asset management. Strong organizational skills and the ability to document IT procedures are essential to support continuous improvement of the company’s IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line IT support for Windows, macOS, and Linux systems.
- Install, configure, and image operating systems along with standard software applications.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues effectively to minimize downtime.
- Maintain laptops, peripherals, and other IT equipment to ensure operational readiness.
- Monitor and resolve office network connectivity issues.
- Manage VPS/cloud servers, including updates, backups, and access control.
- Coordinate with ISPs regarding internet-related issues, upgrades, and renewals.
- Oversee billing and renewals for internet and mobile SIM services.
- Collaborate with the Admin department for IT procurement activities.
- Maintain an accurate IT asset inventory and conduct periodic audits.
- Document IT procedures and troubleshooting processes for team reference.
- Recommend enhancements to IT systems and infrastructure to improve efficiency.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in IT support roles.
- Strong troubleshooting skills across Windows, macOS, and Linux platforms.
- Proficient in operating system installation and configuration.
- Solid understanding of computer hardware and component-level troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi-Fi, and VLANs.
- Basic experience with Linux server administration and VPS/cloud hosting environments.
- Effective communication skills and ability to coordinate with vendors.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience in managing IT asset inventories and maintaining documentation.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy management.
- Experience in Windows Server or Linux server administration.
- Skills in configuring network devices such as switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Knowledge of VLAN and VPN setup and management.
- Experience with server backup solutions and access control management.
