We are seeking a dedicated IT Executive to join our team and deliver efficient first and second-line IT support. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing network setups and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity issues to ensure smooth IT operations within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line and second-line IT support to employees, addressing technical issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
- Troubleshoot problems related to hardware, software, operating systems, and network connectivity.
- Set up computers, user accounts, email accounts, and other IT services for new employees.
- Maintain and troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, internet, and basic network connectivity to ensure uninterrupted service.
- Install and update operating systems, applications, antivirus software, and security patches to maintain system security and performance.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (BSIT), Computer Science (BSCS), or a related field.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant experience in IT support and network management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with common operating systems, networking protocols, and IT hardware.
Additional Information:
- This is a full-time position.
- The salary range for this role is Rs60,000 to Rs80,000 per month.
- The work location requires in-person attendance.
