We are seeking a dedicated IT Executive to join our team at the Lahore Head Office. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations of networks, servers, hardware, and software. This role requires hands-on experience with ERP systems and SQL databases, along with the ability to provide effective technical support to end-users. The position is full-time and based in Lahore, with work conducted on-site.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and troubleshoot networks, servers, hardware, and software to ensure optimal performance.
- Set up, configure, and upgrade computers and IT systems as needed.
- Provide timely technical support and assistance to users across the organization.
- Maintain and support ERP systems and related applications to ensure business continuity.
- Manage SQL databases, including performing basic SQL queries and resolving database-related issues.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot IT and database problems to minimize downtime.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant professional experience in IT support or system administration.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, SQL, and ERP systems.
- Proven troubleshooting skills and the ability to communicate technical information effectively.
Preferred Qualifications and Benefits:
- Experience with VISTA ERP systems is considered an advantage.
- Competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs40,000 to Rs80,000.
