IT Executive

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic software-house environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical assistance to employees, managing IT infrastructure, and ensuring smooth operation of hardware and software systems. This role requires a proactive individual with strong troubleshooting abilities and a solid understanding of IT systems, who can work independently while maintaining effective communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and system-related issues encountered by employees.
- Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Manage user accounts, email accounts, access permissions, and various IT-related systems to maintain security and accessibility.
- Monitor and maintain network connectivity, systems, and basic IT infrastructure to prevent downtime and disruptions.
- Maintain IT assets, inventory, and related documentation for accurate tracking and reporting.
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and connectivity problems, ensuring timely resolution to minimize impact on business operations.
- Support cybersecurity measures including data protection, backups, and access control protocols.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to fulfill IT-related requirements and service agreements.
- Keep detailed records of IT incidents, assets, and system changes to support audits and continuous improvement.
- Ensure compliance with company IT policies and security procedures to uphold organizational standards.
- Assist with IT setup and provide technical support during employee onboarding and offboarding processes.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 3 to 4 years of relevant IT experience, preferably within the IT industry.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Solid understanding of networking concepts, hardware components, software applications, and IT infrastructure management.
- Experience working with Windows operating systems, user management, and common business software applications.
- Knowledge of IT security principles and basic system administration tasks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members and end-users.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced software-house environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.

Compensation and Work Location

The position offers a competitive monthly salary ranging from Rs 60,000 to Rs 100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This is an in-person role requiring the candidate to work onsite.
