IT Executive

Joyland Rawalpindi is seeking a motivated and skilled IT Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and supporting the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and related technologies. This role requires hands-on troubleshooting, installation, and configuration of hardware and software, along with providing first-level IT support to employees. The position is based on-site and offers a competitive monthly salary.

Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, POS, and networking issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and upgrade IT hardware and software as needed.
- Provide first-level IT support to employees, addressing their technical concerns efficiently.
- Maintain accurate IT inventory records, documentation, and support logs.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls to safeguard company data.
- Ensure compliance with IT policies and data protection standards.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in IT support or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts, hardware components, operating systems, and office software applications.
- Understanding of LAN, WAN, IP addressing, and DNS fundamentals.
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic knowledge of cybersecurity principles and data protection practices.

Preferred Qualifications and Benefits
- Experience working with POS systems and supporting retail or service environments is a plus.
- Familiarity with IT compliance standards and best practices.
